EASY Noise Control is a specialist in acoustics and makes, supplies and installs customized solutions against reverberation. An outdated WordPress website with slowing plugins and poorly communicating systems were the deciding factors to have a new webshop built. We started with a fully integrated system.

The aim of the new webshop was to improve the user experience, greatly increase speed and create a fully integrated, seamlessly communicating system. For this we translated various marketing learnings from previous campaigns and projects into a completely new design for EASY Noise Control. To do justice to this design, the webshop has been redeveloped from the ground up in React.

Developing a new website was the perfect time to integrate new systems to further optimize and automate the marketing and sales process, but also the logistical and administrative processing of orders. This webshop had to become a total package of all requirements that EASY Noise Control had, a fully coordinated machine that is easily scaled and easily adaptable.

The integration between a select number of systems makes this possible. The most important systems are of course Prepr to manage the content and display it correctly on the website. Elfsquad is used to dynamically display additional complex product information based on the various filtering options available to website visitors. But this system is also used on the shop floor. Orders and quotation requests therefore always come in via 1 system and cannot cause errors.

Do you then order something or request a quote? Then the integration with Business Central takes effect to further handle the administration and logistics. This happens from creating an order to sending confirmation emails. The entire process is automated in Business Central.

Finally, a link has been made with HubSpot to perform the various marketing automations, keep the sales pipeline up-to-date and update deal statuses for a correct overview.

The main integrations are:

Elfsquad with which customers and sellers can quickly and easily put together a customized product. Elfsquad immediately shows the correct stock and price, so that a product can be put into production at the touch of a button without the risk of errors occurring.

Is an order being placed or a quote being requested? Then Business Central will format it dynamically and automatically. An order is automatically created when necessary, which initiates production and further logistics. The customer is also kept informed of the order via automated emails. Think of status in the process or shipping information.

When Business Central has completed its tasks, a signal is sent to HubSpot, where sales in various pipelines and deal statuses are tracked. All marketing automations are also carried out from HubSpot with the aim of building a better relationship with EASY Noise Control’s customers.

The whole of this system and these integrations gives EASY Noise Control a total package to manage all sales, logistics and production for now and in the future.
